IHETC Campus
What it costs, and how it is paid
A hidden price drives people away more surely than a high one. Here is the fee structure, what it covers, what it does not, and the instalment terms.
What the fees cover
Included
- All content of the programme taken
- Supervision, marking and the tutor
- Assessments and the scheduled resit attempts
- The completion certificate and its verification link
- Access to content you took, after the programme ends
Not included
- Your connection and your equipment
- The application fee, paid once at application
- Any travel for an in-person examination
- Third-party vendor certifications, optional
Paying in instalments
Instalments are the rule, not a favour to negotiate: payment spreads across the academic year, monthly or quarterly. No interest applies to instalments — a payment plan costing more than paying upfront penalises exactly the people it should help.
Scholarships and means-based reductions
A scholarship scheme is planned from the first cohort, aimed at situations where cost is the only obstacle. It is awarded on file by a committee, with a written reason either way. The number of scholarships opened each year is published: aid whose volume is unknown is not aid, it is a talking point.
Money questions, asked plainly
Are the amounts shown on course pages final?
They are indicative until the official fee schedule is published. The amount that binds you is the one stated in your admission decision, before any enrolment — and it cannot exceed the amount displayed when you applied.
What happens if I drop out mid-year?
You stop owing instalments falling after your departure, and amounts for the period not attended are not due. We do not apply a firm annual commitment: holding someone through debt is the surest way never to see them again.
Are there fees that appear along the way?
No, and the list above is definitive. Should a new cost arise — a vendor certification, travel for an exam — it is announced before enrolling in the module concerned and remains optional. A fee discovered mid-year is a breach of trust, not an accounting line.
