IHETC Campus
Joining us
Applications are submitted online, interviews held remotely, decisions issued within ten working days. Everything happens online right through to enrolment, wherever you live.
The four steps
- 01
Submit the application
Online, scanned documents accepted. Fifteen minutes if your papers are ready.
- 02
Motivation interview
Thirty minutes remotely, at a slot you choose. The conversation is about your project.
- 03
Reasoned decision
Within ten working days, always reasoned in writing: a written reason tells you what to work on for next time.
- 04
Enrolment and access
Access to the learning space opens as soon as enrolment is confirmed, without waiting for term start.
What we look at
Academic record matters, and it decides alongside the rest. An unconventional path carried by a clear project is worth a flawless transcript. That is exactly what the interview is for: understanding what you are after, and telling you frankly whether we can take you there.
What weighs in the decision
- A stated project, even an imperfect one
- Consistency, more than one-off excellence
- Work experience, including informal
- The ability to work alone, honestly assessed
- The fit between the programme you want and the occupation you want
What stays open, whatever your background
- Any school background, state or private
- A repeated year or a deliberate change of direction
- Any city and any country of residence
- An application with no reference: your project is enough
- A return to study after several years at work
Documents required
- A valid identity document
- Your most recent school qualification, scanned
- A transcript for the last two years, if you have one
- Ten lines in your own words: what you want to do, and why here
The times we commit to
An application is measured in minutes, not weeks. Here are the four durations the institute holds to, from first connection to the opening of the learning space. They apply to all 18 long-form programmes, whatever the school and whatever your country of residence.
- to submit a complete application
- 15 min
- of interview, at a slot you choose
- 30 min
- working days for a reasoned decision
- 10
- trips required before enrolment
- 0
The reason is written down in every case.
Questions about applying
Is there a charge to apply?
Applying online is free. An application fee is paid once, at enrolment, and its amount appears on the fees page before you commit to anything.
Can I apply to more than one programme?
Yes, with a single application: you state a first and a second choice, and the interview covers both. The decision names the programme retained and the reason for the choice, which leaves you in control of what follows.
What happens after the decision?
A favourable decision opens enrolment and sets the amount that binds you. Access to the learning space follows immediately, with the programme's levelling-up content, even before the official intake.
Explore in detail
- Fees and fundingThe amount appears on every programme page, in Guinean francs, from 4 400 000 GNF per year. Here is the full list of what it opens, the instalment terms that go with it, and your options at every stage of the year.
- ScholarshipsThe scheme is open and aimed at situations where cost is the only obstacle. It is awarded on file by a committee, with a written reason in every case, and the number of scholarships opened each year is published.
- From abroadThe application is the same wherever you live: online file, remote interview, decision within ten working days. This page gathers what is worth anticipating when applying from abroad.
- TransfersCredits earned elsewhere, years spent practising the occupation, an interrupted programme: each of these opens a direct entry at a given level. The review is done on documents and the decision is written.
