Applying from another country

The application is the same wherever you live: online file, remote interview, decision within ten working days. This page gathers what is worth anticipating when applying from abroad.

The same application, wherever you are

The programme runs entirely online, from application to award. Country of residence enters into none of the admission criteria, and the file expected is exactly the one asked of an applicant living in Conakry.

  • The same documents in the file, scanned and uploaded online
  • The same thirty-minute interview, at a slot you choose
  • The same ten working days for a reasoned decision
  • The same access to the learning space as soon as enrolment is confirmed

What is worth anticipating

Entry qualification equivalence

A qualification obtained abroad is examined on documents: title, duration, hours. The decision states the entry point retained.

The time zone

Content and the tutor are available at any hour. Assessments open within a window wide enough to cover every time zone.

The payment method

Fees are stated and settled in Guinean francs, by transfer or through the methods available in your country of residence.

The working language

Courses are followed in French. The award, its descriptive supplement and its verification page are published in French and English.

What the application asks, in time

No travel is required before enrolment, or after. The four figures below are the only time commitments the institute makes, and they hold for all 18 long-form programmes, in every country from which one can connect.

Questions from applicants across the sub-region

Will my entry qualification be recognised?

It is examined on documents by the admissions committee, which compares the title, duration and hours with what the programme assumes. The decision is written and states the entry point retained, along with any levelling-up modules proposed.

My connection is irregular where I live.

Courses download and run offline; your answers are sent when the signal returns and nothing is lost. This constraint shaped the design of the digital campus rather than being handled as a special case.

How do assessments work from abroad?

Identically: same briefs, same marking scales, same identity check, within a widened time window. Dates are published from the intake, which leaves time to arrange your week around them, whatever the time zone.
