This is the document you show, and the only one an employer opens before meeting you. Here is exactly what it holds, how it is built, and what a third party confirms online.
What the record certifies
A transcript ranks; a competency record describes. Yours states what you can carry out, block by block, with the supervised hours behind it and the date it was validated. It is the format a human resources team reads fastest, because it compares directly with a job description.

What a third party confirms online
Verification is public and requires no account, no phone call and no justification. A recruiter enters the reference and immediately obtains confirmation of the following — this is what distinguishes an enforceable attestation from an institution's claim about itself.
- The holder's identity, as it appears on the verified identity document
- The title awarded and its corresponding level of responsibility
- The date of award and the validity of the reference
- The supervised hours and the number of credits earned
How it is built, year after year
- 01
First year — the foundations
Each validated module records its competency block and its hours. The record therefore exists from the first semester, well before it is complete.

Middle years — the deliverables
The marked work that best evidences a competency is attached to it, with its brief and the conditions of submission.

Final year — the project
The project carried end to end and its defence before practitioners become the centrepiece of the record.

Examination board — the award
The board settles the results, pronounces the award and seals the verification reference. The record then becomes enforceable.

Questions about the proof
What exactly does a holder receive?
The award attached to the programme completed — for a Bac+3 level programme, bachelor's degree — with the descriptive supplement detailing validated competencies unit by unit, and the public verification link.
Does the record stay accessible after leaving?
Yes, and the verification link stays open in the same way. You also keep access to the content you took: a record lost on leaving would only be proof for the duration of your studies.
Can I send it to an employer abroad?
The record is bilingual and carries the markers an equivalence service recomputes: credits, supervised hours, competency blocks, duration. The verification page opens from any country and in both languages.
