Carrying the programme and the job together

12 of the 18 long-form programmes are designed to run alongside a job: no fixed schedule, a stated weekly workload, and assessment dates known from the intake onwards.

The programme fits around your week

A job-compatible programme shows three signs: the expected work is quantified in advance, collective sessions are recorded, and the only firm dates are set at the start of the year. The catalogue carries 12 of them, plus 3 entirely self-paced programmes.

The programmes designed for it

Here are the long-form programmes whose pace is explicitly compatible with a job, with their duration, expected weekly workload and annual fees. The third column is the deciding one: it states what you will need to free up each week, on top of your role.

Organising the week

  1. 01

    Reserve two evenings

Two three-hour slots are enough to cover the reading and preparation of the current module, offline if needed.

  2. 02

    Block a half-day

The weekly deliverable needs continuous time: it is the one slot worth defending in a busy diary.

  3. 03

    Catch collective sessions later

Workshops are recorded and cohort exchanges stay written down: nothing said there is lost.

  4. 04

    Plan for assessment weeks

They are dated from the intake. Booking leave or easing your workload then is decided in September, not in June.

What your employer gains

A skill applied immediately

Every module is worked in situation. What is produced for the programme transfers to the job within the week.

Attendance kept

The programme runs remotely with no fixed schedule: the role stays covered, including during dense weeks.

Verifiable hours

Credits, supervised hours and validated blocks appear in the record: a training department can recompute them.

Questions about combining the two

Does my employer have to be informed?

That is your decision. The institute issues on request a certificate of enrolment stating the programme, its hours and its duration — useful when an employer contributes to funding or adjusts a schedule.

Can I slow down during a busy period?

Yes. The work plan is rearranged with your faculty adviser, and a year's suspension stays open on a reasoned request: you keep the credits already earned and resume at the next session of the module concerned.
